Maria Weatherbee
Owner / Artistic Director
Ms. Maria is the proud Owner/Artistic Director of Integrity Dance Center. She has been involved in the dance world for over 30 years. The majority of her training and her career were established in New York City and Florida. She was fortunate to have been trained by some of the most elite instructors at Broadway Dance Center, Steps on Broadway, Carty Academy of Theatre Dance, and The Florida Studio Theatre. She was vocally trained by her mentor and well respected vocal instructor Mr. Robert Dittman for over 15 years. Ms. Maria is also a Certified Voice Instructor. Her love and passion for dance, acting and singing gave her not only the tools but also the drive and determination needed to maintain a sucessful career in the performing arts industry. In addition, she has a Bachelor Degree in Pre-Law with a minor in Psychology from The University of Central Florida.

Ms. Maria has performed professionally throughout the United States in productions such as Cabaret, West Side Story, Once Upon A Mattress, Smokey Joes Café, Chicago, Grease and A Chorus Line just to name a few. She has performed and shared the stage at The Zora Neal Hurston Festival with artists such as Phylicia Rashad and Lynn Whitfield and was featured on the cover of Black Entertainment Magazine for the production of When Harlem was in Vogue and We were Extraordinary. Ms. Maria also performed in the French Production of La Cuillere Sale under the direction of beloved Maurice Bejart. Ms. Maria has danced and choreographed for Universal Studios, Disney and Carnival Cruise Lines and her Television credits include, Nike, Sears, McDonalds and Mountain Dew. She has also had the priviledge to work with artists such as Will Smith, Busta Rhymes, Joe and P-Diddy.

Ms.Maria feels blessed to be able to share her vast knowledge, expertise, and experience with all of her students. Her main goal is to instill in her students discipline, commitment, resilience, a strong work ethic and above all INTGRITY. She believes that their success is her success and takes pride in providing the necessary tools they need to be the best that they can be in any path they decide to take. Ms. Maria’s choreography has garnered numerous honors and prestigious awards at the Regional and National Level. Ms. Maria is active in her local community choreographing musicals for local high schools as well as providing technical training to their dance teams. She enjoys partnering with various schools and providing entertainment in order to keep the arts alive. Her students perfom throughout the seasons at many local community festivals as well as sporting events. When available Ms. Maria teaches Master Classes throughout Florida and judges for various dance compeitions such as Showbiz, Tribute, Mark of Excellence, Platinum, Legacy, Platinum and StarQuest. She loves volunteering her services to help raise money for organizations such as BASE Camp (Childrens’ Cancer Center), REACH Love in Action International (providing clothing and other necessities for homeless families in need in other countries),Watermark at Vistawilla (Senior Assisted Living and Memory Care)and Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando.

Ms Maria’s alumni have gone on to have very sucessful careers in the performing arts industry. Many of her students were chosen to be a part of prestigious collegiate dance teams such as UCF Knightmoves Dancers, FSU Golden Girls, FAU Fly Girls, LSU Tiger Girls, University of Tennessee Vol Dance Team, Orlando Magic Dancers, New York Jets Flight Crew, WWE, Royal Carribean Cruise Lines, Norwegian Cruise Line,s Universal Studios, Walt Disney Entertainment, Alvin Ailey Dance Company, Nashville Tv Series, New York City Rockettes and on Broadway. However, all these accomplishments could not have occurred without her Dream Team. The faculty at Integrity Dance Center consists of TRUE professionals who have the same vision, goal, knowledge, expertise, experience and drive as Ms. Maria. They work together to build confidence, strength and self esteem to each student and love to witness their students’ dreams come to fruition. Ms. Maria’s most rewarding and greatest achievment has been her two amazing kids, Autumn and Tyler who keep her on her toes and inspire her everyday with their love, support and unique personalities.
Gina Smith
Acro/Tumbling Instructor
Ms. Gina comes to us from Salem, Massachusetts. She brings a wealth of intense training, experience and knowledge to Integrity Dance Center. She has been teaching gymnastics/tumbling for over 20 years and is a very well known and respected coach in the state of Florida. She is also Red Cross, First Aid and CPR certified in the state of Florida. Ms. Gina retired gymnastics at Level 10 in her gymnastics career.

Ms. Gina began training at the age of 7 when she was inspired by one of her heroes, the legendary gold medalist Mary Lou Retton. At age 12, Ms. Gina held the title of Florida State Champion in gymnastics. She also became a three time Junior Olympian Gymnast as well as a three time Junior Olympian for tumbling and trampoline. At the age of 13, she continued to excel and was selected for Team Florida, only the top 7 gymnasts in the state of Florida are chosen for this elite Junior Olympic Team. After completing this Ms. Gina decided to try something different so at age 14, she auditioned for a popular Nickelodeon TV show entitled “GUTS”. This game show tested children’s physical abilities and endurances by providing intense obstacle courses that they must overcome in order to be crowned the champion. During the shows second taping of the season, Ms. Gina was one of the finalists along with two other 14 year old boys. By the end of the show, Ms. Gina beat out her opponents and was crowned the Champion. (You can still catch Ms. Gina in action on Paramount as they have enhanced the reruns of GUTS).

Upon entering High School, Ms. Gina was immediately placed on the Varsity Cheerleading Squad and quickly moved her way up to the captain of its nationally ranked All-Star Cheer Squad, Competition Squad and was named its Most Valuable Player. Ms. Gina’s High School achievements didn’t end there, she graduated from Lake Howell High School in the top 10 of her Senior Class. Ms. Gina continued her studies at the University of Central Florida and made its distinguished Cheerleading Squad. The University of Central Florida Cheerleaders are ranked one of the Top Ten collegiate cheer teams in the nation. Ms. Gina was then chosen among hundreds to become a UCA staff member and traveled around the U.S. conducting tumbling clinics and camps. As if those achievements were not enough, Ms. Gina also graduated Suma Cum Laude from UCF and at the top 10 percent of her class. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology.

Currently, Ms. Gina judges for UCA competitions and Gymnastic meets throughout the state of Florida. She coaches many national title holders and has conducted clinics alongside world renowned gymnasts such as,1984 gold medalist Scott Johnson. Ms. Gina enjoys sharing her expertise with her students and watching them develop into strong, health conscious and disciplined individuals. She has been with Integrity Dance Center for over 10 years and the impact she continuously makes on every student shows. Ms. Gina believes that “You are all champions in your own way. That doesn’t mean you have to be number 1 or be the best. Just do your best. If you aren’t first, then make those people ahead of you break records by pushing them with your personal best. Consider for a moment what we achieve from athletics- the sheer fun of competing- the building of a healthy and alert mind and body-stamina, courage, perseverance, dedication, commitment, selflessness and most importantly, the will to excel.”
Johari Bonner
Tap Instructor
Miss Johari has been with Integrity Dance Center for the past 10 years specializing in teaching Tap to her students. However, she is quite proficient in Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Modern, Contemporary and African. She is originally from Syracuse, New York and has been dancing since the age of 3. She began her training at Onondaga Dance Institute under Ms. Cheryl Wilkins as well as Broadway Dance Center with Doug Shankman, Ray Hesselink, Germain Salsberg, Sacha Radetsky, Jamie Salmon, Debbie Wilson, and Sheila Barker to name a few. Once she moved with her family to Orlando, Miss Johari continued her training at The School of Performing Arts under the direction of Dana Michaels as well as The Center for Contemporary Arts with Miss Jere’ James and Linda Eve Elchek.
Miss Johari’s professional credits include member of U-Turn Contemporary Dance Company, Dweebs Dance Crew, The Jasmine Grey Experience, World of Dance, invited guest performer at NAACP Convention, Featured Tap Dancer during Universal Studios Holiday Parade, and performer for Halloween Horror Nights. She was a featured choreographer for UCF’s Spring Dance Concert, Valencia Community College’s Choreographer’s showcase and “An Evening of Dance” dance performance. Miss Johari has also choreographed Flash Mobs throughout the state and for local schools such as Ridgewood Park Elementary, Cheney Elementary, Winter Springs Performing Arts, Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts and of course, Integrity Dance Center. Her choreography has won numerous awards and she is a highly recognized and respected performance artist and teacher throughout Central Florida.
Miss Johari has performed in various stage productions such as Makulu, Colors of Courage, Unheard Insight, Dancing for Hope, Russian Nutcracker, 42nd Street, Jelly’s Last Jam and Anything Goes.
Miss Johari still trains and enjoys attending dance conventions such as Tremaine and So-Flo Tap Festival where she loves learning the latest trends to bring back to her students and keep them up to speed with what’s out there in the dance world. We are delighted to have such a fierce, ferocious, and dedicated teacher among us. She is truly one of a kind and her students are always eager to learn from her.
Miss Johari holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interpersonal/Organizational Communications with a minor in Dance from The University of Central Florida. She currently teaches 3rd grade at Cheney Elementary School.
Joey-Lynn Mann
Ballet Instructor
Ms. Mann began her training at the National Ballet of Canada, continuing her studies at Pacific Northwest Ballet, where she graduated. Ms. Mann danced with Ballet Idaho and Nevada Ballet Theatre before joining Orlando Ballet (then Southern Ballet Theatre), under the direction of founding director, Barbara Riggins, as well as, Fernando Bujones and Bruce Marks. She danced the leading role in works including Carmen, Coppelia, La Bayadere, La Fille Malle Gardee, The Nutcracker, The Sleeping Beauty, Don Quixote, Balanchine's Agon, Concerto Barocco, and Serenade among others.

As a Certified ABT Curriculum teacher, Ms. Mann has guest taught throughout the United States and Canada and continues to work as a freelance Master Teacher. She has served on the full time faculty of Orlando Ballet School, was the children's cast director for The Nutcracker, and leader of educational outreach programs in conjunction with Orange County Public Schools. Ms. Mann held the position of the shoe coordinator for the Orlando Ballet, managing all shoes for the professional company dancers, second company and trainee program, and opened the first boutique at Orlando Ballet, furnishing all uniforms for the Orlando Ballet School. Upon her retirement from full time performing as a Principal dancer with Orlando Ballet, Ms. Mann has been Ballet Master under the direction of Bruce Marks, and served as Assistant to the Artistic Director for Robert Hill for a decade.

She is embarking on her favorite role yet, being mom to her son, Jack, and is excited to be able to share her knowledge and experience with dancers at Integrity Dance Center.
Mary Peavy-Gonzalez
Tiny Tots Dance Program
Ms. Mary began dancing at the age of two and has studied all forms of dance including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop and Tumbling. She brings over 20 years of experience to our Integrity home and is capable of teaching all levels. However, her true passion and love is developing the young dancers at an early age and building their confidence, self-esteem and love for this art form.
Ms. Mary’s Professional stage credits include Nutcracker, Cats, Swan Lake with Mildred Flemings School of Dance. She has been on various professional dance teams such as the WNBA’s Orlando Miracles and Orlando Predators. Ms. Mary also performed for many years at Universal Dance Studios during Halloween Horror Nights, Mardi Gras and New York City’s Macy’s Day Parade. Her professional choreography credit includes working with artists such as Articolo31 and performing on various Music Videos on MTV.
Allyson Stuart
Jazz Instructor
Allyson is a native Floridian who has been dancing since the age of 4. Dance has been her passion for over 15 years, and she has studied extensively in a broad range of styles such as Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop and Contemporary. She became a competitive dancer at age 8 and joined Alternative Dance Company receiving Top 10 High scores, Scholarships, and Invitations to be a part of Opening routines for various competitions including Encore DCS, KAR, StarQuest, StarPower, VIP and Starbound. Allyson’s love of dance and ability to captivate an audience with her innate talent also led her to audition for her High School’s Dance Team. She was selected as a member of Hagerty High School’s Vasity Dance Team from 2015- 2018 as well as becoming an Officer for her team and being a part of thier Dance Honor Society. Allyson recently graduated Magna Cum Laude/Honors from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. During her time at The University of Alabama she was a dancer on their prestigious University of Alabama Dance Team. It didn’t take long for Allsyon to move up the ranks and be recognized among her team. During her 4 years she received awards of distinction including “Made a Mark” Award, Leadership Award and Best All Around Award. Currently, Allyson is working at Universal Studies and Disney while assisting with her former dance team at Hagerty High School. She also loves to travel throughout her home state of Florida and teach Master Classes. She specializes in Jazz/Contemporary, and her goal while teaching is to bring artistry and a passion for dance to all her students.

Maleyna Rivera
Office Manager / Substitute Instructor
Miss Maleyna’s love for dance started at the age of 5. This love led her to become a member of Integrity Dance Company until she graduated from high school. During her many years of extensive dance training, performing, and competing she received various recognitions and titles for her solo and group performances. Miss Maleyna is a highly respected, loved, and admired dancer. She is compassionate, a team player and highly intelligent. Her work ethic combined with her talent have opened incredible opportunities for her and we are very lucky to have her with us. Miss Maleyna is a 2019 Lake Howell High School graduate. She was a member of The National Honor Society and received scholarships in “Take Stock” foundation, Bright Futures and recipient of UCF Pell Grant. She also volunteered and helped raise money for organizations such as BASE Camp (kids with Cancer), The Humane Society, Toys for Tots, and Homeless Services of Central Florida.
Miss Maleyna is currently a Senior at The University of Central Florida majoring in Kinesiology and upon graduation will remain at UCF and pursue her Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She was also a member of the Nationally ranked UCF Knightmoves Dance Team where she was selected to represent her team in states such as New York, Boston and Conneticut. When not busy studying, volunteering, substitute teaching or dancing, she works at DSK Law and is a part time Nanny for 2 families.
Miss Maleyna will be our Office Manager this year and we are so proud to have another Integrity Icon with us supporting our legacy. Miss Maleyna is happy to be back with her dance family that instilled her love and passion for dance, as she hopes to do the same for the next generation of students.
Ryan Skrocki
Company Choreographer / Guest Instructor
A native Floridian, Ryan Skrocki proudly stands by the Integrity name and all it represents and is proud to be a student of Integrity's owner, Maria Weatherbee. Currently, Ryan resides in New York City and has trained in all facets of dance and musical theatre.
Ryan's talent has taken him around the world performing with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and in Orlando theme parks including Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando. His musical theatre background has allowed him to travel throughout the U.S. to perform in productions such as "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat," "Beauty and the Beast" and "On The Town" to name a few. His television credits include "The Late Show with Steven Colbert," "Disney Channel Holiday Specials with the Disney Descendants and Asher Angel" and commercials for Party City and Walt Disney World Hotels, as well as performing with Idina Menzel in New York City.

When not performing, Ryan teaches and choreographs for studios, high school dance teams and opening number routines around the country, and has been recognized for his achievements in choreography both at the regional and national level. With his unique taste for contemporary lyrical and fusion of classical and contemporary jazz, Ryan has a wide breadth of knowledge, skill set and creativity to share with all who are ready to step out of their comfort zone a little bit and be driven by storytelling, emotion and passion!
Alex Navarro
Company Choreographer / Guest Instructor
Miss Alex was born and raised in Orlando, Florida and began dancing at the age of 3. She was a Competitive and Award-winning Dancer since the age of 5 where she received numerous titles, scholarships, and recognition for her stand out performances on stage as well as Dance Convention settings. She has over 15 years of technical training and dance experience in all forms of dance. She was an integral part of Integrity Dance Company and a leader among her peers receiving the Integrity Icon Diamond Award for her never-ending commitment, loyalty and leadership to her studio. Miss Alex graduated from Hagerty High School and was a 4-year member of their dance team where she held an officer position tor 2 years then earned the title of Captain her Senior Year. During her High School years, she also dabbled in Modeling and won a modeling position at DWC (Dancewear Corner) representing their company throughout the store’s various regions.
Miss Alex graduated from The University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. She proudly represented UCF by being a dancer on their Nationally ranked Knightmoves Dance Team and a member of ZETA TAU ALPHA. Miss Alex coached and choreographed many successful fundraising events throughout her college years such as Breast Cancer Education and Awareness raising $73,000, Preventing Child Abuse in America (PCAA) raising over $5,000 and Knight -Thon (20hr. Dance Marathon) which raised over $500,00 for Arnold Palmer’s Children’s Hospital.
Miss Alex has now transitioned from student to teacher at Integrity Dance Center and specializes in Hip Hop. This will her 3rd Season teaching as well as choreographing for us. She brings energy, performance quality and a fresh new style to her students. She is excited to continue utilizing her passion for dance by training her students to be a better version of themselves and creating innovative choreography that will inspire the next generation of dancers.
Tera Perkins
Choreographer / Guest Instructor
Tera started dancing at age 5. She began her training at Deltona Dance Academy and trained under teachers/choreographers all across the country. Tera began teaching in 2001 and took over as owner/director of Deltona Dance Academy aka The Dance PAD in 2003. She was a studio owner for 9 years. Her students have been awarded many regional and national top awards at competitions and conventions across the country. Her students have gone on to dance in dance companies, on college dance teams as well as at Disney World, Universal Studios, on cruise ships and on Broadway. Tera is an award winning choreographer and has taught and choreographed for several studios around the country. She has received recognition for her choreography at numerous competitions over the years. Tera also has years of judging experience and continues to judge for dance competitions across the country. Her extensive background in dance gives her the opportunity to share her love for the art with teachers and dancers alike.
